At MehraCrafts, your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work when you shop at mehracrafts.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong product
- Product has missing parts
- Major quality issues
Note: Handmade items may have minor variations. These are normal and not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale/clearance products
- Gift cards
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Products without original packaging
3. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
After this period, returns may not be accepted.
4. How to Raise a Return Request
To start a return:
- Email us at support@mehracrafts.com
- Mention your Order ID
- Provide photos/videos showing the issue
We respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Return Pickup & Verification
- Pickup will be arranged for eligible returns.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refund or replacement is processed only after verification.
If the product fails QC, it will be returned back to you.
6. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacements if:
- The product is in stock
- Your return reason is valid (damage, defect, wrong item)
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality checks.
Refund Methods
- Online payments → refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via store credit or bank transfer
Refund Timeline
- 5–7 business days for MehraCrafts processing
- 3–5 additional days for bank/payment provider
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If delivery is refused, return shipping fees may apply.
9. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
Please report within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will process a free replacement or full refund after verification.
10. Missing Items in Shipment
If something is missing, contact us within 48 hours.
Unboxing video (if available) helps fast resolution.
11. Important Notes
- Handcrafted variations are normal.
- Minor imperfections are not considered defects.
- Damage due to misuse is not eligible for returns.
- Return requests without proof may be rejected.
