1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. International shipping may be introduced soon.

2. Processing Time

Orders take:

• 1–3 business days for order processing & packaging
• Handcrafted or made-to-order items may require extra time

Orders are shipped Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote/Interior Locations: 7–12 business days

Actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for minimum order values.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing the tracking number and courier partner details. You may track your order through the courier’s website or tracking page.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, courier unavailability, or repeated attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please record a video and refuse the package if needed. Contact us immediately with evidence for resolution.

8. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable Couriers, external factors like festivals, weather, strikes, or logistical issues may cause delays. MehraCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

9. Out-of-Stock Situations

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and arrange a full refund or help you choose an alternative.
